This year’s Creek pecans were so good we decided to send them to the shelling plant—and they turned out beautifully! Our Shelled Creek Halves are slightly larger than our Shelled Elliott Halves but are still considered a Junior Mammoth in size.

The Creek has a rich, buttery flavor and a smooth texture that makes it a delicious choice for both baking and snacking. Creek pecans are known for their attractive shape and light color, and this year’s crop is especially outstanding.
