12 - 15 Washed and dried Brussels Sprouts
1-2 slices uncooked bacon
Olive oil cooking spray
½ cup pecan pieces
Maple syrup for drizzling
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. On a baking sheet, put a sheet of parchment paper.
Make sure sprouts are dry before starting. Trim ends of Brussels sprouts and cut into small bite sized pieces.
Place sprouts on baking sheet.
Cut bacon into small pieces and liberally sprinkle over sprouts on baking sheet. Spray lightly with olive oil spray.
Bake in oven for 10 minutes.
Pull out of oven and stir well. Add pecan pieces and stir again. Return to oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and drizzle with maple syrup. Toss well and serve.
