Recipes

Potato mixture:

• 3 cups of mashed potatoes
• 1/2 cup of sugar
• 1/2 cup of milk
• 1/2 teaspoon of salt
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla
• 2 eggs

Topping:

• 1/3 cup of melted oleo butter
• 1 cup of brown sugar
• 1/3 cup of flour
• 1 cup of chopped Bass Pecans

Mix first 6 ingredients well. Put potato mixture in the casserole dish. Add topping and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
