16 oz cream cheese
¼ cup finely diced green peppers
1 T seasoned salt
1 8 oz can crushed pineapple in its own juice, drained
2 T finely diced green onions
2 cups chopped Pecan Pieces (divided)
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add all other ingredients except 1 cup of the chopped Pecan Pieces. Mix well. Shape into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Take out the refrigerator and unwrap. Roll in the 1 cup of Pecan Pieces. Serve with cracker of choice (wheat thins, Ritz crackers, Club crackers, etc.)
