4 - 6 boneless pork chops
½ cup all purpose flour
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 T butter
¼ cup honey
⅓ cup pecan pieces
Wash and dry pork chops, then liberally salt and pepper the chops. Dredge chops in flour, shaking off any excess.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chops and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and done.
Transfer chops to a plate, cover and set in warming drawer or warm oven.
Add honey and pecan pieces to the drippings in skillet and cook over medium heat stirring frequently until pecans are lightly browned.
Pour honey pecans over chops and serve.
